We are actively seeking sponsors for our primary 2023 event, Rodeo Austin’s BBQ Austin event which will take place March 3rd & 4th.  We are a 501(c)(3) organization and all contributions are tax deductible to the extent which the law provides. 

The BBQ Austin Cook-off weekend brings out thousands of people to enjoy the food, entertainment and fun.  The Coco Moo Cookers' will host a great venue for our sponsors with private VIP bar, live entertainment and of course the best bbq you can find!  It's a great opportunity for sponsors to entertain customers, employees, partners and network for new connections.  We hope that you will become part of our sponsorship team.  Your generosity would be greatly appreciated.

All levels of sponsorship include BBQ dinner, entertainment and VIP tickets to open bar Friday & Saturday night. All sponsors will have the opportunity to display their banner in our tent as well as on our website and social media.

  • Double Diamond Sponsor, $7500 donation. 24 VIP tickets, 4 pit area passes, 3 parking passes (only good for BBQ Cook-off weekend) 6 gate passes

  • Diamond Sponsor, $5000 donation.  20 VIP tickets, 2 pit area passes, 2 parking passes (only good for BBQ Cook-off weekend), 4 gate passes,
